Unable to play movies

ok i have everything working 100% now with the exception that when i click on play it loads the webplayer and displays this message:
[attachment=0]Message1.png[/attachment]
This happens to just about all movies in my DB, even ones i have not played before using MbC.
I am using VLC 1.0.4, IE9, Win 7, Firefox 5

thanks, im trying to play with the vlc commands and see if setting a start time of 01 will help. i will let you know the results

ok so that was a nogo, i placed [mkv]:start-time=01 [mp4]:start-time=01 into the bluray and [avi]:start-time=01 into the DVD sections of player.vlc and it jumped the movie to 2:35 and started playing only till 2:42 then displayed the same message as above. i even tried 001, 10, 05, values and no dice.

I found a race condition in the webserver that may be part of the problem. Try this version but make backup first.
