Additional Meta Fetchers & Fetchers Options

Add additional meta fetchers, specifically www.themovidedb.org and www.thetvdb.com
Add options for a user to select which fetcher is primary and secondary, I think 2 sets of options would be needed, one set for movies and another for tv series. -
This has been requested many times especially for TV shows. I will place this on the backlog and give it a higher priority.

For TV Shows, the reason I liked TVDb more than IMDb is the episode listings, they're more accurate. The casts' details though, aren't as elaborate as IMDb's. But since we can add casts manually and the number of episodes > number of casts, I'd prefer TVDb to add my TV Shows.

This will be partially implemented in the final release of 0.1.9. You will be able to import some data from http://www.themovidedb.org (e.g. background image, description, and running time..more will be added) and http://www.thetvdb.com (e.g. episode data, background image, and description). Also, you will be able to order/disable importers at the application level. In future release, it will also be available at the movie/tv show level. The only gotcha right now is the app looks up this information by IMDB id so if the movies/tv shows from these sites have missing or incorrect imdb ids it will not work.
